About Me

My true passion is helping people who have suffered any form of trauma and/or dysfunction in their life at any age in the most effective way possible so they can live thriving lives. I use techniques that allow for revisiting as opposed to reliving difficult experiences which provides rapid results, emotional freedom, healing, and personal empowerment.

In addition to being a Multi-faceted Quantum Energy Healer, I have a background as Licensed Psychotherapist, Trauma and Dissociation Expert, Certified Hypnotherapist, writer, natural explorer and curious, fitness enthusiast, and a huge dog lover.

I have many years of experience in working with clients who are dealing with mindset issues along with fear and anxiety and physical and emotional issues & challenges. My specializations, my own healing and journey of immigrating independently to the United States from Denmark at the young age of 20, and my experience of running a successful business has given me great insight into both life and business/career challenges.

It wouldn't be accurate for me to pinpoint a date or year that my awakening and journey began. Essentially, my entire life has been a school that prepared me for what I am truly here to do. Every experience, especially the challenging ones (growing up in dysfunction, including abuse, alcoholism and mental illness, abusive relationship as a young adult, being preyed upon by very unhealthy people, sexual assault, the challenges of immigrating to America alone with no support system ect.), has taught me so much. Facing these experiences and traumas has not taken away from from me, but has rather given me opportunities to become stronger, more knowledgable, more powerful, and more connected to my soul and my purpose. For this, I am grateful!

With that said, it wasn't until 2018 that I became consciously aware of the fact that I channel, especially when I work with my clients and that I am a healer outside of the traditional psychotherapy realm. Looking back over my life and career, it is easy for me to recognize that I was doing it all along. This is a gift, a gift that everyone has if they choose to use it.
